meet our massage therapist

Hi, I’m Sydney, the owner of Tension Relief Therapeutics LLC. I have been a licensed massage therapist since August of 2020. I specialize in cupping, deep tissue, and therapeutic relief. I love to help those with chronic pain get relief. In fact, my goal is for all of my clients to feel their tension disappear before leaving my space. I am originally from the Boise area, but the first year of my career I lived in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. A little while after moving back to the Boise area I decided to open my own business, and Tension Relief Therapeutics was born! In my free time I love to do yoga, stretch, read books, play video games (aka Fortnite), and spend time with my boyfriend, dog, and our friends.
