With over a decade of experience behind the chair, Elizabeth has built a reputation as a stylist, mentor, and business leader who is dedicated to raising the standards of beauty and wellness in her community.
As a Regional Educator for Alter Ego Italy North America, she travels across the Northwest teaching advanced haircolor, product knowledge, scalp health, and salon business education. She is passionate about inspiring both seasoned stylists and future professionals by sharing her knowledge of clean ingredients and the importance of scalp-to-strand care.
Elizabeth also serves on the Advisory Board for the Paul Mitchell Schools in the Treasure Valley, where she helps shape the curriculum to prepare future cosmetologists for successful careers.
At StudioL, Elizabeth has created a collaborative space where stylists, estheticians, and nail artists can thrive in a supportive environment.

A master hair and makeup stylist, Lois is known for creating beautiful, wearable looks that empower her clients while enhancing their natural features. Her work is rooted in thoughtful consultations, precision technique, and a deep respect for each client’s vision—ensuring every experience feels personal, elevated, and transformative.
Lois’s career highlights include serving as Artistic Director and celebrity stylist at the Grand Wailea Resort in Maui, working with the Four Seasons, helping open the first Paul Mitchell Academy, styling for CBS television, and participating in New York Fashion Week. Her work has extended to high-profile designers, including Oscar de la Renta and Lloyd Klein, under the mentorship of renowned hairstylist Alexandre de Paris.
In addition to her editorial and fashion background, Lois has a deep passion for bridal styling. She treasures the quiet, powerful moment when a bride sees herself fully transformed for the first time—an experience she considers one of the most meaningful aspects of her work.

Hey, I’m Aspen! ✨ I became an esthetician in 2022 with a mission to help people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin one glow-up at a time. I’m all about smooth skin and fresh vibes, specializing in full-body sugaring (for both men & women), facials, dermaplaning, lash lifts, and brow laminations. When I’m not in the salon, I’m soaking up family time with my two sweet boys, my amazing husband, and our goofy pups, Molly & Stevie. 💕
I’m a California transplant turned Idaho esthetician with over 25 years in corporate retail and buying before finally building something of my own. My work today is rooted in problem-solving skincare, especially acne, pigmentation, and skin that suddenly feels dry, tired, or “off.”
My passion for skin didn’t come from textbooks. It came from real life. I struggled with stubborn acne in my twenties, then walked through years of breakouts and scarring with my daughter, and later my sons. Acne has been the uninvited family member in our home for a long time, and that experience shapes how I treat every client who sits in my chair.
