Elizabeth Miller is the owner of StudioL Salon & Spa in Boise, Idaho, and the founder of R.E.M. Bodycare, a clean, organic body care line designed to bring spa-level luxury into everyday routines. With over a decade of experience behind the chair, Elizabeth has built a reputation as a stylist, mentor, and business leader who is dedicated to raising the standards of beauty and wellness in her community.
As a Regional Educator for Alter Ego Italy North America, she travels across the Northwest teaching advanced haircolor, product knowledge, scalp health, and salon business education. She is passionate about inspiring both seasoned stylists and future professionals by sharing her knowledge of clean ingredients and the importance of scalp-to-strand care.
Elizabeth also serves on the Advisory Board for the Paul Mitchell Schools in the Treasure Valley, where she helps shape the curriculum to prepare future cosmetologists for successful careers.
At StudioL, Elizabeth has created a collaborative space where stylists, estheticians, and nail artists can thrive in a supportive environment.
Her mission is simple: to help people feel confident, cared for, and inspired — whether through a transformative salon experience AND meaningful education.
When she’s not behind the chair or in the classroom, Elizabeth enjoys developing new body care formulations, exploring creative projects, and spending time with her husband, JD, their kids and grand daughter.
I'm Shelby, stylist with years of experience in the industry, from Orange County, California. Growing up, I was captivated by the beauty industry and knew from a young age that I wanted to be a hair stylist. I'm committed to continuously expanding my knowledge and skillset, finding fulfillment in implementing new techniques during client sessions. I specialize in Blonding, Lived-Color, Gray Coverage, and Extensions. I'm Mykel and I am creative artist with hair and connection as my canvas. With over 9 years in the industry, my favorite part of the job is meeting new people and getting to connect with them. I really enjoy expressing my creativity so I love fun cuts with lots of texture, and colors that challenge me! If I am not doing hair, you can likely find me on a Yoga retreat somewhere or in the wilderness with my family and three dogs.
